The Development & Construction group was formed to build projects as opportunities arose. We are proud of each member of our construction group and have built an extremely effective team. Our success is attributed to our professional managers, the extensive experience of our field personnel, and our capable support staff. Added to our team are qualified subcontractors and professional firms to make sure the project is built on time, at or under budget, and in a professional, quality-minded manner.

Our team includes Tom Armstrong, its President, four site superintendents, up to fifteen field personnel (laborers, finish carpenters, waterproofing specialists, plumbers) and a qualified administrative and support staff. Many of our subcontractors have been part of our team for over ten years.
