While we go to the market to finance a majority of our projects, Sherron Associates also provides financing on real estate transactions as well. We have made funds available for predevelopment, construction, bridge loans, and equity loans. While this is a small segment of our overall business, it does provide the real estate industry with another source of financing while giving our partners additional opportunities for investment.
- $1,575,000 to provide financing for the development of
51 lots residential lots in Kuna, Idaho.
- $456,000 in equity financing for the development of
24 residential lots in Kenmore, Washington.
- $903,615 in equity financing for the development of
56 residential lots near Portland, Oregon.
- $1,205,000 to provide financing for the development of
475 acres of vineyard land in Sonoma, California.
Sherron Associates has constructed several condominium projects and has contracted with real estate professionals in the past to sell our condominium inventory. While we continue to utilize the services of real estate professionals, Sherron Associates has also formed Forum Real Estate Group to oversee and sell a number of these units.
Forum Real Estate Group is a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service as well as the Commercial Brokerage Association. These affiliations enable Sherron Associates to stay up to date on the northwest real estate market. In addition, they allow us the opportunity to list our own projects and to assist our investors and clients with their individual real estate needs, as well as to professionally manage properties owned by others. |
