GLENN SPRINGMAN NAMED PRESIDENT OF SHERRON ASSOCIATES BELLEVUE, WA (February 3rd, 2003) - Glenn Springman has been named President of Sherron Associates, a Bellevue-based real estate development, construction and investment firm with holdings in four western states. He has served as the company's Vice President for Asset Management for the past two years.

"I am excited to expand my role here at Sherron Associates," said Springman. "This company has a long history of creating value for our investors as well as quality housing for our residents and I intend to build on that tradition."

As President of Sherron Associates, Glenn Springman will assume responsibility for the management and operations of the company and its divisions.

Ed Springman, the firm's founder, will remain as Chairman and CEO.

Glenn Springman, 40, has worked for the company since 1999. Prior to joining Sherron Associates, Springman was a founding partner of a real estate law firm in Denver. He and his family live in Bellevue.

Glenn Springman grew up in Bellevue and attended St Thomas and the Overlake School. He holds a degree in business from the University of Denver and a law degree from the University of San Diego. He also serves on the board of Regal Bank of Seattle.

Sherron Associates was founded in 1969 by Ed Springman and is headquartered in Bellevue. The company is a property development, construction, and management firm with projects in Washington, Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. Sherron Associates has recently completed several multi-family p

roperties in Puyallup, Mill Creek, Everett, Silver Lake and Seattle.
