Sherron Associates began with only two employees. Today, we have more than 150 employees with hundreds of years of combined experience.
C. Edward Springman is the CEO of Sherron Associates, Inc, and formed the company with the purpose of acquiring and managing real estate investments. Since its inception, he has structured over 180 real estate partnerships. Ed's primary focus is locating and structuring new projects, as well as raising equity.
Kurt Springman is President of Sherron Associates with responsibility for the management and operations of the company and its divisions, including finding and structuring projects, and raising equity. He previously served in a number of roles at Sherron, in investment banking specializing in real estate, and managing strategic alliances in the high tech industry.
William Wagner is Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations & Accounting. He manages the accounting operations and partner communications for Sherron and its real estate portfolio.
Jan Eivin Hansen is Vice President of Finance & Acquisitions with the primary roles of analyzing and negotiating new acquisitions as well as structuring debt and equity financing.
Tom Armstrong is Vice President of Development & Construction where he puts his experience to work for our investors. Tom oversees all phases of our building projects and is the risk manager for Sherron's entire portfolio.
Glenn Springman is Vice President of Asset Management with responsibility for property management. He previously served as Sherron's legal counsel and as President.
Sabrina Petterson is Senior Director of Asset Management with responsibility for property management. She has over 20 years of experience managing diverse multifamily portfolios including new construction, stabilized and distressed properties. She holds a Washington state real estate license and Certified Property Management designation.
