• Sherron currently manages a real estate portfolio valued at $200 million with properties located throughout the western United States. Multi-family (apartment complexes) properties are the primary assets, but Sherron has also managed condominium projects, office buildings, self storage facilities, a retail center, and hotels. Sherron provides a range of services including on-site management, leasing, rehabilitation, risk management, maintenance, and accounting.
- Computer System: Sherron's management systems include a state of the art computer system. Each site has a computer which is integrated with the main computer system in the Bellevue office. Microsoft Office and Yardi are the main software products employed. This system has numerous advantages for saving time and labor, as well as increasing efficiencies and control.
- Acquisitions: Sherron has developed a team of professionals who can take over management of a property and quickly turn the asset around. This approach is imperative in that most acquisitions of existing product have poor prior management which can be improved to increase the asset's value.
- Dispositions: Sherron's management team is also skilled in helping to facilitate dispositions of properties to ensure smooth transitions to purchasers at such time that assets are sold.
